Engine & Transmission World review: Failed to refund my cancelled order.

I ordered an engine for a vehicle. I cancelled the order the next day because the car was not repairable. I then submitted for a Order Cancellation Request. When my refund was finally issued, it was only for $1,222.50 of my original cost of $1,630.00. That's a difference of $407.50. Every time I call warranty to find out why the discrepancy, I get put on hold forever and then I'm cut off.

I would never recommend Engine and Transmission World to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
