I wish to issue a formal complaint regarding this account. We moved and discontinued use of the single rental water heater in Nov 2020. At that time we had a credit on the account of clsoe to $800. We notified Enercare and requested the credit be issued to us. A claim was estabished and the required info send to back-office billiing. Since that time - 7 months ago - I have spoken to customer care approximately monthly attempted to get our money. Each time the agent agrees and promising to fix the situation including escalation to managers several times. Countless hours wated on the phone with your organization. The account balance has gone up and down since then for no apparent reason and currrently shows us owing you close to $1000.00 despite no additional service provided and no money issued to us. During my last conversation with a customer care rep on June 2nd, I was promised resolution by June 9th and that I would be contacted with confirmation. That did not happen.
