So, I had a talk with this guy Randy Montes, who says he's the boss or something. I sent him some pics of the thing I got from them and it was totally not new. It was all dirty and oily and had stains and fingerprints all over it. And it came in a plain white box, like they were trying to hide something. Randy said they'd send me a new one, but it's been three weeks and I haven't heard anything back. I'm trying to get my money back now, because this is some really bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys, they seem pretty shady.

I recently bought a metal return air can from Budget Heating and Air Conditioning (budgetheating.com). The website showed a picture of a Return Air Box, Register Boot 24" x 12" R6 with insulated sides, which I thought was perfect for my needs. However, when I received the product, I was disappointed to find out that the entire top side was made of soft fiberglass, not metal as I expected. This was a dangerous situation because the soft top continuously sheds fiberglass, which can be harmful under return vacuum.

The website description was misleading, and the photo did not accurately represent the product. I wish they had been more clear about the materials used in the product.
