I have been a of Enercare client since 2012 starting off in Mississauga and moved to Acton on June 17th of this year.

At my Mississauga location I purchased a Furnace and Air Conditioner through Direct Energy in 2012 and took on Enercare services back then with no issues on billing..

Since I have moved to Acton the billing process has been a joke

Prior to my move to Acton on June 17th I was in discussion with one of your representatives and was offered to purchase the following plans with my first four months FREE.

Home Protection Plan

Heating Maintenance plan

Cooling Maintenance plan

Purchase Date June 23,2021

Effective Date July 3,2021

My payments started on November 3,2021 at $66.92 per month including GST.

1 However your company has also been continuing to charge me on a monthly basis for services that relate to the prior tenant which include AC Maintenance $10.99 per month and AC Protection $16.99 per month. This covers the period from Aug to Mar

2.Then to make matters worse commencing in Oct to the present date I have been charged with an additional services for Plumbing ($17.99 monthly) and Heating Protection ($23.99 per month)

I never agreed to any of the above

The total amount of these including HST total $616.62

I was told that by various personnel these would be adjusted in the April invoice. I received the invoice today and the only adjustment I saw was $89.95 contacted, that these would be reversed out but they still remain.

I have listed the 5 case numbers that have been used and to date no satisfaction

Case Number Month

[protected] October

[protected] December

[protected] March

[protected] April

[protected] April

I have sent emails on December 8th outlining my issues to ContactUs.[protected]@enercare.ca and January 23rd to [protected]@enercare.ca. I have not heard a word from these parties also.

Bottom Line my monthly charge should be $66.92 which is what I agreed to and not a penny more.

I would hope you can see my frustration.

Just as FYI I am looking at other alternatives of taking my business elsewhere. You just don’t treat a client of 12 years like this.
