Superior Heating & Cooling is super professional and courteous. They explain everything as they go. They do a great job and leave your place just as clean as they found it. Ben and Austin were great to work with, very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Superior Heating & Cooling to my friends and family.

I got my AC serviced by Superior Heating | Cooling | Plumbing back in 2013. They gave me a 10-year warranty, which seemed good at the time. But now, in 2020, I'm facing AC problems once again. I had some issues last year too, and even though I had to pay out of my own pocket, I thought they had fixed it. But this time, they're telling me that I need a new compressor and another part that should be covered by my warranty. However, they want me to pay over 2k dollars for it. I simply asked the technician to give me some documentation or a quote, but he just said, "I already told you, and I can't give you any paperwork. The total is for labor." That sounds like complete nonsense and so unprofessional. I didn't have them install a new unit just to keep having problems and be ripped off. It doesn't make any sense, and I don't know if this is how they treat all their customers, especially seniors or women, as if we don't know any better. What I do know is that I've been without air conditioning for two weeks now, and it's unbearable in this heat. I have no choice but to look for another company because my supposed trusted provider is trying to scam me. As a senior with a heart condition, the lack of cooling in my house is inhumane.

We've called Superior for furnace checks and service for the past few years, and every experience we've had has been smooth and hassle-free. Most recently we called for air conditioner service. We knew it was old and would probably need to be replaced, but we ended up buying a new air conditioner, and it was installed quickly the next day without any problems. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Superior did a great job!
Superior did a great job! Patrick was super friendly and did a really good job checking out our AC. We had to get a new AC and Superior had lots of ways to pay for it. We set up the installation for our new AC and Superior came two days early, which was awesome 'cause it was crazy hot outside. The guys who put it in were fast, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up everything real nice. We're really happy with the service from Superior.

From the start, Andrew gave us a really detailed estimate, which was great. And the installation by Ben, Austin, and Joe was just outstanding. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. They also took the time to answer all our questions, which was really nice. We were totally satisfied with the work and we're glad we picked this company. Big thanks to the office staff for keeping us in the loop about the appointments and who would be coming. We gotta say, Superior has some really smart and capable folks working for them.
I'm really mad that I shelled out $147.00 and my heat is still busted
I'm really mad that I shelled out $147.00 and my heat is still busted. They didn't even bother to check what part was needed or if they could find it. They just straight up told me I gotta get a whole new system. The first guy said he fixed the pressure switch, but clearly he didn't 'cause the furnace still ain't working and he still charged me $70 for his labor. The second guy said Superior couldn't do squat 'cause it's a crappy furnace, and they didn't even bother to figure out which part was broken. They just kept pushing me to buy a new one.

Our AC went out over the weekend with temps in the upper 90s and a heat index of 105-110 degrees. Superior came out on Sunday and did what they could to limp us along. Their estimator came out Monday and we selected a new unit for a very reasonable price. The install was done Tuesday and we were all set. The technicians were all fantastic - courteous, knowledgeable and personable. They did a clean install and picked up any trash or boxes when they were done. Before each visit we got a call to confirm the appointment and letting us know when the tech was on his way to our home. Wouldn't use anyone else for my HVAC needs!

The service was fast, which was good 'cause it was hot as heck outside. But gotta say, the dude who did the install was a real jerk towards the end. And get this, instead of actually knowing the city rules, they decided to play it safe and put in this big ol' ugly air grate in a totally wrong spot. Turns out, the inspector said it was totally unnecessary and didn't even check for it. I only found out 'cause I asked him. And get this, when we were done, I asked about fixing the bent fins on my brand spankin' new condenser. And you know what they said? "Oh, that's just how it is, it'll happen over time anyways." Like, seriously? I just dropped over 7 grand and you're tellin' me it's gonna get messed up? That's like buyin' a brand new car with dings on the door. No thanks. So then they send me not one, but two surveys askin' for a rating. I gave 'em a measly 1 outta 5 stars. And what do they do? They send me a letter beggin' for a "positive review" here. Well, here's my honest review.

Had our furnace replaced it was bought up to code with chimney liner, extra cold air returns and all that entailed to complete professionally

They laid a tarp down across my family room floor as their original plan was to go that way to the backyard, and also a tarp from the garage through the mud room to the basement stairs. When their work was completed, they removed all debris and made sure everything was working well. The lead person even checked to make sure I had programmed the thermostat the way I wanted it. These are the things you remember, because you can purchase your unit from any number of companies. It is the service you will remember down the road.They have given me good service in the past and continue to do so.

I had a high-efficiency Evolution furnace and an advanced SEER air conditioner installed by
I had a high-efficiency Evolution furnace and an advanced SEER air conditioner installed on March 18 by Superior Heating and Cooling (SH&C). Overall, it was a very good experience. I selected SH&C after obtaining bids from 5 different HVAC companies. I considered comparable systems as these were among the highest rated by Consumer Reports for reliability and owner satisfaction. SH&C submitted the lowest price bid and their scope of work exceeded that of all the other bidders. It was the best value for the price. SH&C’s installers were very professional and courteous. On the day of installation, their installers sent a text message, with a photograph of the installer, notifying me that they were on their way. They arrived with a crew of 3 people and quickly set to work. The entire process of removing the existing furnace and air conditioner and installing the new one took about 6 hours including a lunch break. They placed drop cloths in their work path and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. After the installation crew left, SH&C sent another technician to my house to make sure I understood how to use the digital communicating thermostat. I appreciated this follow up and the professionalism exhibited by their staff. After a week I can feel the improved climate control provided by the Evolution series HVAC system. It will be interesting to see if this continues in the long term.
