Emirates NDB Bank review: Personal auto loan tenure is wrong

Loan Amount: 76900 AED

Upon review, I noticed a discrepancy between the terms I applied for and the terms approved by the bank. I initially applied for a loan amount of 74900 AED with a repayment period of 36 months (3 years), as clearly indicated in my auto loan application. However, the approved loan amount is 76900 AED, and the repayment period is set at 5 years.

I understand the slight increase in the loan amount, but the duration is a significant deviation from my original request. The copy of the auto loan form which I submitted is attached with the mail for your reference.

I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this error and adjusting the loan duration to the initially agreed-upon 36 months. If any extra charges have been incurred due to this discrepancy, I request that they be waived as the error was made during the processing of my auto loan application. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and kindly ask for the necessary adjustments to be made at your earliest convenience.
