Failed ATM withdrawal on 10 May 2026 at 09:30 AM (Emirates NBD ATM, Shawamekh Central Mall-ATM ID E4012248). Cash not dispensed but amount debited from my account (Card: 5467 7xx3 x32x x4x x4x9). I am a daily wage worker and urgently need this money for basic needs. No response received despite multiple emails. Kindly investigate and reverse the amount immediately. Also complaint raised with card issued bank of al maryah.
