Maintenance package with oil change. When I purchased my new car, I also purchased their "maintenance free" oil changes and tire rotations. You would think when they have the hood open if there was something else wrong with the car they would tell you. Well this is not the case. They are not "pro-active" about anything. I guess they are too busy to look around.

Mine is specific. Too my horror, I had to pop the hood one day and the battery compartment, terminals, connectors and keepers (entire box) were corroded beyond simple repair. I asked my wife, who is the normal driver, of the car if she knew anything about it... she said, "of course! It has been like that for over a year." I was dumb founded. I am the person who takes the car to work and gets the maint. done on the car.

When I requested information from the dealership/service center they had no record. They said they "do" look and basically called us/my wife liars. So I happened to have taken a picture and he then proceeded to tell me I was lying - as I was driving the car that day as well. If you wish to be called liars, please take all of your business to these folks.

If you want quality service and value for your hard earned $$ - this place will not benefit you at all. As soon as I can, I will be moving my business to another dealership. I am dumb founded at their arrogance and lack of remorse. Especially since I was in the market for yet another car. I did buy another toyota, as the product is fantastic. I purchased it NOT from this dealership! Say good bye folks to a $24k sale and maintenance.
