Elite Mobile South Africa review: Unauthorized debits

I was called about 2 years ago, with a special on a Alcatel Phone. I agreed to the order and the monthly debit.

The Alcatel Ph0ne was not supplied. Upon enquiry I was told that it is out of stock. I asked that the contract then be cancelled.

They tried to sell me all sorts of stuff like movie tickets etc as replacement on the contract for the phone. I persisted that they should just cancel the contract as they did not supply was agreed.

They have just continued taking money 2 x R 220.00 per month for a period of at least two years. I have made contact many times during this period and is prommissed that they will cancel and refund my money. Nothing happens.
