Locked out of the platform for over a week. Two different people on chat who know nothing about solutions. Can't get anyone else on chat to assist. There is no way to cancel my subscription because I can't sign-in. I have been a member of Pogo for 20 years. Had one other issue in the past and it was handled well. It's as if the company no longer cares about their members and subscribers!
Desired outcome: Either let me into my account or EA needs to show me they have removed automatic renewal and refund me the money I have just spent with them.
