My WM-12 Wellmate water tank went bad . The bladder malfunctioned. This in turn, caused my well pump to work too hard. The pump burned up . I think that there is a problem with that type of tank from Wellmate because my in- laws bought the same tank the same year and theirs also went out resulting in their well burning up just weeks prior to my incident.
