We contacted Bio-Safe and at this stage of the treatment they decided to ask what we are using for household products, because we must be doing something wrong. They are now treating us like it is all our fault that their product is not working. They are now asking for MSDS information on products being used in the house.
Every time we contacted Chris about the next steps to take, he treated us like it was the first time he had ever talked to us. It seemed like they were not keeping track of the progess of our case.
As the blame game continued I called and mentioned calling the Better Business Bureau and the woman hung up on me. I immediately called back and I was quickly sent to voice mail. I called again and Chris answered, he said he was in a meeting and there was no one there who could talk to me and didn't appriciate being threatened by the Better Business Bureau, and there is nothing else he can do for us until he receives the MSDS on a particular product.
So we now have rest of his product sitting at our house not knowing how to continue.
I am totally shocked at how bad their customer service is now that we have purchased their product. They were so pleasant before we purchased it.

This is Sandra Burdick, the one who wrote this post. I misunderstood Bio-safe's intentions, they are a good company with good intentions and a good product, so this post was written in error and misunderstandings. This is not fair to Bio-safe or me and I regret writing the original post... Please remove the original post as soon as possible for it was a mistake.

I am closing my comments about Biosafeone with informations about their competitor www.newtechbio.com. I called www.newtechbio.com to find out if they are also supplied by Novozymes. Their reaction to my question was: "If you say anything against us - we will sue you!" Their response was very strange.

Since they are under Title 5 in Massachusetts, all about their business is public information. I called the MASS Governor's office and, their supplier is a manufacturer called Bio-Systems International.
Biosafeone had not applied for a permission to make sales in MASS under Title 5 so, they do not have to disclose their supplier. This way Mr. Jergenson can create a false image on the Internet pretending that he is a manufacturer. Biosafeone is not permitted to sell their products in MASS and, the site has no warning message to customers about that.
However, Mr. Jergenson finds a way around this and, he is still making profit in MASS by requesting from a potential customer an e-mail stating that the product will not be used in MASS. On the phone Mr. Jergenson was stating to me that this is just a formality and the product can be used in this state. And, Mr. Jergensosn is correct. I called Novozymes.;RID-X is selling their products in MASS.

In summary, to my experience, Biosafeone is an Internet store making profit by generating a false image and, by intimidation.

As my uncle, a scientist, was always saying: " I am giving the facts but, conclusion you can draw by yourself."

Best regards ...

In the spirit of www.complaintsboard.com, this is my response to, “Totally false written by a competitor to sabotage. Please identify yourself.”, biosafeone@msn.com.

I was able to learn about the competitor in a summary judgment of a court case BIOSAFE-ONE, INC. v. HAWKS. There are two competitors involved: Robert Hawks and Brad Skierkowski. See www.leagle.com for more details.
The following is from this summary judgment.

“Bio-Safe One, Inc., a septic and waste management products company, and Christopher Jorgensen, its founder and owner. Jorgensen founded Bio-Safe One in 2002”

“Plaintiffs have submitted evidence that Defendants contacted Plaintiffs' supplier, Novozymes. In addition, Plaintiffs note that Novozymes's name was in the bank documents provided to Defendants, so Defendants could have used confidential information to find out about Novozymes.”

“Novozymes is one of the largest suppliers of septic tank cleaning supplies.”

So, Bio-Safe One is an internet store selling products made by Novozymes. Consequently, any references on the Internet to manufacturing or improving the product or, selling it without a middleman are raising questions. Bio-Safe One is the middleman . Without the internet Bio-Safe One will not exist but, Novozymes will. It sounds like it is a trade secret and confidential information of Mr. Jorgensen.
Since Mr. Christopher Jorgensen, is the founder and the owner of Bio-Safe One and, he is the only contact on every web site I found that is linked to Bio-Safe One, it looks to me like this is a one man show. When I was calling Bio-Safe One only two people were answering the phone: Mr. Jorgensen and a woman as noticed by Ms. Sandra Burdick.
Interestingly, Att. Anthony M. Wilger, the Mr. Jorgensen's lawyer, was also contributing to this “manufacturer, big company” image in the following email to me. As mentioned in my original comments, this letter was a response to my questions about Bio-Safe One directed to Mr. Jorgensen.

“As a company that seeks to improve its products every day, your meaningless and irrelevant comments are insulting and degrading, and constitute blatant harassment to the officers, representatives, and employees of Bio-Safe One, Inc.”
( Anthony M. Wilger)

How a salesman can improve a product every day? Is the woman answering calls to Mr. Jorgensen an officer or a representative of Bio-Safe One?
Now, knowing that Novozymes is the supplier and Mr. Jorgensen, a salesman, is basically Bio-Safe One and, Bio-Safe One is an internet store, read again the following from www. Biosafeone.com.

“Backed by over 65 years of research and development, we at Bio-Safe One are in the business of preventive waste treatments. We supply major industries worldwide with the safest, most technologically advanced formula of bacteria, enzymes and other natural ingredients for septic and grease trap systems. The success of a similar product in the enormous Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska in 1989 led us to market our product residentially. In the year 2002, we decided to make our product even more affordable to you, the consumer by eliminating the middleman, distributor and retailer.”

“Our technicians are equipped to customize a solution for you, based on your special needs and to answer any questions.”

“Environmental News Press Release: Amazing Technological Breakthrough in Bacterial Industry: New Hope for Septic Tank Homeowners with Bio-Safe One, Inc. New Wastewater technology: Cheaper better alternative to traditional septic replacement with a contractor!”

Remember the court case? “Bio-Safe One, Inc., a septic and waste management products company, and Christopher Jorgensen, its founder and owner. Jorgensen founded Bio-Safe One in 2002”. Please read the above again thinking about 2002.
If Mr. Jorgensen accuses me of sabotage and writing false statements again, I will refer him to the above mentioned web sites.
As to identifying myself, one email from Att. Anthony M. Wilger was one to many.
I am still researching Bio-Safe One, Novozymes and, the competitor. I will update this web site with more information soon.
If you would like to share your experience with Bio-Safe One … do not be afraid – write it.
You cannot be punished for telling the truth.
Also, you do not have to identify yourself. :))
Best regards,
X-customer.

FYI, when in my case the product was not working (also over $4000), I started sending emails to Bio Safe One with a number of questions related to their web site and the product. These questions were polite, logical and, supported by information from Christopher Jorgensen's site plus legal documents published on the Internet.

First, my questions were labelled by Mr. Christopher Jorgensen as: "annoying accusations", "borderline harassment", "your fantasy", "obnoxious email's ", etc.

After that, I have received the following email.

I am the attorney for Bio-Safe One, Inc. Please be advised that you are directed to CEASE and DESIST from any further
communications with Bio-Safe One, Inc., its officers, representatives, or employees.
Please be further advised that any further communication with Bio-Safe One, Inc., its officers, representatives, or
employees will result in appropriate legal action to protect the interests of my client. This legal action may seek
compensatory and punitive damages, accrued interest, attorney's fees, and costs and disbursements, in addition to
injunctive relief. Please be guided accordingly. Sincerely, Anthony M. Wilger

I wonder if Ms. Burdick has received a similar threat from Att. Wilger.

I wonder if this is why there is no negative feedback. I wonder if these threats are in collision with freedom of speech. I just wonder, I do not accuse anyone of anything. I am simply shearing my personal experience and my believes.

YOU CAN TOO ... :))
