Poor shipping practices, NO customer support.
I ordered a replacement hydrant head assembly and a hydrant rebuild kit. All was shipped in the same flat rate shipping box, with only a small sheet of bubble wrap. This allowed the significant weight of the hydrant head to destroy the graphite packing for both the new head AND the rebuild kit. Repeated attempts to contact the company, including sending photographs of the destroyed graphite packing rings, yielded no response.
I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

    I face similar problem .. I placed an order and still waiting to receive it. I tried calling them no one answers the phone or no email returns...

    Attempts to contact this company regarding item I purchased online is futile. No matter what time you call you get a busy signal. EMAILS go unanswered. They were quick to charge my credit card.
