I had 16 leaking toilets in a hotel. This guy came in and chopped all 16 walls in one go instead of reparing 2 toilets at a time. When he was done, very poor workmanship and finish, it still leaked. He came in and put putty to stop the leak. He refused to give me a guarantee of 6 months. I paid 8500 only to have it all redone by someone else. shocking .
