I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think again.
I was charged £630 for a service that was neither completed nor professionally handled. The engineers who attended were unprofessional — there was inappropriate behaviour, foul language, and a complete lack of courtesy. Despite assurances that the issue would be resolved and parts brought on a return visit, no one came back, and my heating stopped working immediately after their visit.
I was promised a full refund by Scott — on multiple occasions — and yet, no refund has been issued. Every time I’ve followed up, I’ve received conflicting stories, excuses, and now I am being completely ignored. I have since been blocked from calling the company and have received no email responses.
As of today, 9 April 2025, I am still chasing my refund. I have contacted the company repeatedly with no resolution. I will now be escalating this matter to Trading Standards, Gas Safe, my bank (to raise a debit card dispute), and other appropriate regulatory bodies.
This experience has been deeply frustrating, disappointing, and financially damaging. No customer should be treated this way.
Consumers, please be cautious. There are many reputable, respectful plumbing companies out there — sadly, this is not one of them.
