CB Plumbing and solar review: Plumber paid but did not finish the job

Good Day

I called Christiaan Bester to replace my elderly moms geyser on 13 May 2014. He advised that he was able to provide the installation and replacing of the geyser. He then came the Wed to do the inspection and I was there at my moms house when he came to do the quote. He advised that he would give my mom a discount on the installation and include a tap and washing machine connection in the price. I also asked him to quote to install a shower and he said its alright he would give me add it to the quote. He then came to do the installation and it took two days for him to install.He received the payment in full and advised that the shower had not been completed because he needed to check that there would be no leaks. We agreed and he received the money. I asked him the Friday when would he complete the job he said, Saturday. I called him on Saturday and he then did not answer my call.when I called him the Monday he said he was waiting the suppliers and advised that it would be completed by the Tuesday.I was really upset and when I asked him when he will complete the job and he dropped the call.My mom is an elderly and needs the shower to be completed.How can he do this to an elderly person.
