Performance Plumbing review: Fraud, illegal dumping, damaging personal property, failure to finish job and poor quality work

Never use Performance Plumbing or have Tim Serafin perform any plumbing work at your home or business. Unless of course you enjoy going through the grief and misery that I am currently. Performance Plumbing put in a new sewer line and ripped up my entire front yard. They charged me $ 4, 500 to do this and they refuse to rake out the yard and put the yard back the same way. I also paid $ 500 for a dumpster on behalf of Performance Plumbing and the dumpster that I paid for was used for another job, removed and now I am left with bags of garbage, new and used pvc pipes, and used metal pipes. I also had the bathroom gutted and remodeled and paid $ 5, 400 and $ 3, 00 went to the worker and the rest went back to Tim Serafin. I actually wanted to use someone who does quality work and was only going to charge me $ 3, 000. Needless to say, I painted my bathroom myself and when Performance Plumbing installed the crown molding they caulked the ceiling and the wall underneath. Performance plumbing runied my faux painting and I used 2 different shades of blue, and 2 different shades of white. They used the incorrect Molly for installing the towel rack and the towel rack has come out of the wall. Performance Plumbing is refusing to reimburse me to have the wall repaired, the towel rack reinstalled. Performance plumbing was also paid to install a sink and facuet which they never did. Tim Serafin also drilled a hole into the wall of my home and even continued drilling into the siding. Tim Serafin left the job site and never told me about the huge hole and it was 17 degrees and windy. I wanted to call the siding company out and have it repaired but Tim Serafin has refused to pay for this. Tim Serafin also had a woman come with him to my job site. Most times she sleep in his truck but somedays she sat in the bathroom while Tim worked. Having my job site and home used for his personal pleasure is totally unprofessional.
