If you buy from el CID require them in writing they won't charge your account even if you do not approve to it. Ilegal transactions, They are robbing me. I lost my job last year hon April 2024. I called them and said I can not pay maintenance fees even though my contract (around 80K dollars were paid back in 2005) As a millionaire member and paying always for nearly 20 years and my contract about to end at the end of December I thought they could cancel it as an early termination. But they illegally charged my credit card for the maintenance fees even I have never authorized it. I am ashamed of referring my sister and she got a membership too.
Claimed loss: Around 1,300 dollars plus medical expenses
Desired outcome: Refund money and cancel the contract.
