My name is Amina idris i had a flight on the 23rd of Nov from london heathrow to cairo MS778. it was a business class seat my seat no was 15H. When boarding was completed we were ask to return to our seats and fasten our seatbelts; only for me to realise my part of the seatbelt was not there. we have started taxing at the time i called the flight attendant’s attention she came and there was much they could do. i was told to manage and fly that way to Cairo, which i found very careless. Now my point is why sell a seat if you know it has issues. we experienced turbulence on the way to me this is very risky i could have been injured. I have photos and videos of everything, a copy of my boarding pass and all . I have sent multiple messages to egypt air but no one has gotten back to me. Kindly get intouch
