eDreams Cancelled flight

I have no notification from EDreams, no refund, nothing. AirBrussels tells me to contact EDreams, which is impossible to do

eDreams we need a refund but can't get through

we have been trying to get a refud on our flights which has been cancelled. The telephone number never works and it's impossible to contact them otherwise. They sent us an email saying to contact them and we have but not possible to get through. Their messenger chat is useless and just goes round and round. We need money as we are financially suffering

eDreams I can not take the airplane

I can't apply for a visa to Indonesia, because I didn't need a visa to transfer in Indonesia before, but now I need a visa because of the epidemic. I already called for the Indonesia airplane company, confirm they need the visa.

And the next plane from theTokyo to Shanghai also need visa.

eDreams Fraud

I bought two two tickets to Istanbul from eDreams. The airline notified me that due to change in schedule I am entitled to a full refund if i wish to cancel.

I called eDreams and they declined all calls. I then spoke to them via their live chat and they said that there would be a huge airline penalty fee as well as their service fee. When i queried the airline penalty fee, telling them the airline sent me an email saying there wouldn't be one they simply ignored that and said they did not receive that update which is impossible as eDreams notified me of change in flight schedule.

I've been trying to get hold of the for the last 3 days they decline all calls and do not respond to any emails or live chats anymore.

I have cancelled my flights but need a refund from them. They are withholding this money from me for now reason.

eDreams Flight Booking Status

Hi, I have booked a multi-city flight from Mumbai to San Francisco and from JFK to Mumbai. My booking ID is [protected]. I have still not received any confirmation on my booking, it has been more than 4 days and the partial money deducted for the eDreams services has been refunded into my account without any email or information. I would now like to cancel all my flights altogether but I cannot get through customer care at all. I have been in queue to talk to an agent since 2 days. Please assist in cancelling my flight or just any sort of assistance on the status of the same.

eDreams Flight cancelled from Milan to Denpasar

Dear Sirs ! I am trying to.contact your for more than 2 weeks already and no answer ! What a hell are you doing ? Why should i wait for my money back fir years ? So it was the flight by Saudia airways on the 28 of february that was cancelled ! Milan gedda kuala lumpur denpasar ! So we contacted saudia and they agree to give us money back but we bought tickets via your agency and you dont answer on email and calls ! The email was sent from [protected]@mail.ru, card numbers and etc ! So, if you dont wake up i will transfer the deal to international court !

The flight from milan to denpasar via gedda and kuala lumpur was cancelled 28 of february ! A person from edreams Teo was talling to Saudia and after i contacted saudia to give all money back ! But unfortunately i bought tickets via edreams agent who doesnt answer any calls and emails more than 2 weeks ! Do you suppose its normal ? I sent my credit card data and details to email of edreams 2 weeks ago and no answer nothing ! So if you dont wake up i will transfer the deal to the international court ! eDreams service

i reserved a return ticket mauritius cairo from 20th to 29th of march 2020 in the name of aya saad . the amount was appproved on my visa card( 635.57 euro )but i didnt receive booking reference or confirmation by mail
my visa card ends by 3827

eDreams refund

eDreams have been operating a scam for years and dont understand why someone has not investigated.

I bought 4000euro plane tickets, made sure they were refundable.

I called 4 months before the trip to cancel one ticket and they told me they would refund
Later when the money was not in my account they told me look again they sent it.

I stupidly believed them and forgot about it.
Later they changed my flight dates so i could not go on the trip as it was a convention.
I told them i needed to cancel and only if it was 100 percent refundable.
The operator told me hold the line they will call emirates to check.
She confirmed i would get 100 percent refund in 90 days which i questioned.

After 90 days they told me no refund as emirates wont refund.
I called emirates and they told me its a scam that edreams does to not refund clients.
They told me they withold the ticket number so you cant contact emirates for them to tell you the money was refunded .
I have also found out they tell you refund is 90 days so you cant get your bank to look into it as fraud. As fraud has a life of 100 days.

The best part of the scam is that they tell all clients online that they will contact the airlines while you hold to get you to agree to cancel.Then later they denie that they told you it was confirmed and refuse the refund.

Obviously anyone who is entitled to a refund on a refundable ticket should contact the fraud dept of the bank immediately and dont believe edreams will refund.

eDreams Flight Cancelled

Hi there eDreams. Could you please help me. I booked a flight to Poland via Rome on Air Italia some time ago through your company for Mon 3rd Feb and returning on Sun 16th Feb. I couldn't check in on line through your app so I downloaded the air Italia app which aloud me to entering your reference number. I did not notice on the app it was for a flight on Sunday night the day before. I only realized this when Air Italia send me a notification that evening boarding will start at 9pm. How come no one informed me that our flight had been canceled apparently. At least that's what they said when we got to the airport. We only had 40 minutes to pack and I also had to arrange a extra night in Warsaw and re arrange my taxi pick up. Not my idea of a good start to a holiday. Please explain. Thanks

eDreams No refund

I have purchased cancellation insurance. I have cancel my booking and got Authorized Refund email from eDreams.
After 20 days and constant chatting with their support on Facebook Messanger (getting the operator on the phone is impossible due to infinite queue) when I will see the refund on my credit card, they always say that they executed the refund. When I ask proof of the executed payment, they say they cannot provide it that I need to check with my bank. At my bank they said they did not receive any deposits/refunds for my credit card from anyone. This seems like a scam from edreams

this company is corrupt laws need to be brought against his company how they get away with taking people's money and not giving them a service no way of contacting them absolutely disgusting my son is still waiting for a full refund trying to give him vouchers which I no use to him put us in financial difficulty

I have booked my air tickets from hong kong to kuala lumpur through this website but airline has cancelled due to coronavirus.

But no response from this website for refund. My case no is 138 6041. Do not know how to get back my refund amount.

eDreams Refund of cancelled flight due to Coronavirus and others

Refund has not completed since 11, DEC, 2019.
Today is 21, FEB, 2020 - 2 months's delay.
I asked to cancel of 3 persons ticket /9 .
not yet refund first.
Moreover remaining of 6 persons ticket were cancelled fully by airline due to Corona Virus,
eDreams is not still completing it.
What's wrong with eDreams?
How can eDreams operate the booking agency?
Please return my money back right now

eDreams has never contacted me before I contacted.
Still cheating me that just wait 3days whenever contacting eDreams since last DEC.
2 months and more have passed after that.
Totally 2, 000 dollors and more are pended to refund.

They've already canceled from airline and refund from airline as well.
I've confirmed it from airline.
But edreams has been cheating me for 2 months and over.
Edreams lied me they could not get a refund from airline side. But it is not true.
Edream has already got money back from airline right after I requested cancellation.
Return my money back. Do not cheat any more.

eDreams No refunds

I would like to make aware the cancelations process in the E dreams company when canceling a flight.

When you call to cancel a refundable flight which you have paid extra for they ask for flight details, names of clients and email used. Also reference number.
They then tell you they must call the airline to check the flight is fully refundable and the airline agree. They keep you online for 2 minutes and then come back and tell you the airline agree and how much refund you will get.

The scam
This is where you receive the email telling you all is fine and you will receive the refund as long as the airline agrees.

After the 90 day period they tell you the airline does not agree so you lose the money.

If you call the airline directly you will find that the said airline do agree to refunding you and they told me this is the e dreams scam, as they dont want to refund monies.

I had booked flights which the dates where later changed by the airline to the 18 dec ek0186

I later had to cancel my holiday as they could not accomodate me for these new dates
I called you in September and asked if i canceled how much would my refund be
I was told you would have to call emirates to see if they would refund
You came back to the phone 2 minutes later and told me they agreed to a full refund.
I told the lady to send this in writing and the letter arrived with the same cluase must check with airline.
I did not worry as i recorded the phone conversation as this has happened with edreams in the past, no refund.

i was told a refund would take 90 days
Now after 90 days you say no refund as emirates dont agree.

I have contacted emirates and they tell me a refund is agreed as it was a refundable ticket and you should have refunded in 14 days.
They say the flight was refunded and sold again and I should speak to you to find out why you are saying this as there is and nver was a problem from there end.

I require my refund immediately as the said period is over and must say am dissapointed with your customer service as i have used your service for many years as i continually travel for business.

If you are unable to make the refund i require all ticket numbers as I will start with a claim of fraud

eDreams Customer service

I have asked edreams to make a amendment to an passenger name error and paid for this amendment. I was told this would be done within 24 hours but after 4 days it has not been amended. I am shortly going on my flight and worried my new wife will not be able to fly. I have phoned edreams for over 6 hours and been put on hold with no answer. I have filled out a form and tried the online bot. However I am still unable to speak to someone. Please can you let me know what I can do as this our honey moon and extremely distressing! I have also found out your phone calls are not free. What am I suppose to do if I cannot contact you by any other means. Will you be paying my £50.00 phone bill?

eDreams Cancelled flight

Hello.

I bought a ticket from eDreams to go from Shanghai to Koh Samui on Jan-25 and return back to Shanghai on Feb-1. The flight was with a connection in Bangkok. (reference number [protected]. E-mail: [protected]@yahoo.com.br)
Our flight from Shanghai was delayed and we lose our connection. Despises all the troubles and stress, the company manage to put us on the next flight, so the situation was solved.
However, when we came back from Koh Samui, we were informed in Bangkok by China Eastern staff that our flight to Shanghai have been canceled. (we were not informed before by eDremas). They tried to manage to change us to another flight but they said they could not find our reservation and that we should get in contact with our travel agent. I called (international call) to eDrems and after a long time on holding and explain the whole situation to two different persons, the eDrems employee said that they could do anything as we could not get in contact with the air company because was weekend, so we should buy another ticket by our own and our tickets would be refunded. I tried to contact eDreams through many other ways (online chat, e-mail, , social care case 134077) with no answer or solution. The whole experience was a nightmare. The only thing that I want now is that we receive the refund of the flight that was canceled, to solve and finish this situation once for all.

I would appreciate a quickly feedback and a solution.

eDreams Not supportive service

I've booked a Aireuropa flight on e-dreams from Madrid to Porto on the 10th of February at 02.00 a. m, it happens that by mistake I selected the wrong date which wouldn't be a problem if I had done it directly on the company's website. I called Aireuropa at the same day at 10. a. m and they told me it would be no problem to cancel the reservation for free if I had bought it on their website, although as I made the reservation on e-dreams I had to contact them to try and cancel it. The company's service was entirely unhelpful and tried to charge me with a EUR$ 50, 00 fee for the change when the aircompany assures a 24h limit for free cancelation. This is outrageous. Therefore I wouldn't recomend e-dreams for anyone. If you need a airticket just go straight to whichever aircompany you would like to fly with to avoid this kind of unpleasant experience. E-dreams are not very preocupied with the wellfare of their clients.

Etihad cancelled the flights I had booked and put on us on alternative flights.
The flight leaving JHB to London on 27 June is fine, we can leave earlier that day. So that can be confirmed.
The return flight is a big problem. We simply cannot come back on the later flight. I would like to return on Sat 11 June leaving Paris at 10:30 arriving in AbuDhabi 19:30. Leaving AbuDhabi 2:05 arriving JHB 8:20 This flight is available and Etihad said that they allow the change bacause they altered what I booked, BUT eDreams is not getting to the point of making the change. I am concerned that the longer eDreams wait that flight may fill up. I also want to make other flight arrangements and accommodation and cannot di this until this flight is finalized. I have phone many, many times and wait with ave time of 45 min and then still no help, only referals.
PLEASE help me and ask eDreams to change my flight. I am desperate and their call centres are very understaffed. RegardsElaine Reynders

Since the flight was not booked through us directly, EDreams would have to take control of the booking and assist you with changing the flight dates. Please try contacting them again. We can only change travel agent flights 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, if the tickets are fully unused. *Sky

eDreams My flight was cancelled by the airline and edreams will not refund booking fee.

I booked a flight through eDreams with Ryanair (Ref. # [protected]) at the departure time of 1340. Ryanair canceled that flight and moved my reservation to 1900 which was too late for my other travel plans. Ryanair was good enough to offer to refund my ticket price, but informed me I would have to contact eDreams to get the booking fare refunded. My first representative said for some reason she could not contact Ryanair and I would have to call back the next day. The second rep said that she did confirm the cancellation and I would get a full refund within 24 - 48 hours. After a week, the third rep said he was sorry and once the flight was confirmed, even though it was a different time, I would not get a refund. Bottom line, no flight and no refund.
