Edgars Fashion / Edcon review: Refuse to make laybys

Good day. I just want to know if ur company is still making laybyes over December. I was told I could not make it because it's there peak time. I was 20+ years in retail and never heard of such a thing. I tell the lady to remove all the laybye promotion stickers and advertisement of laybyes. Told them to call their manager plus she must bring the phone also. That's how I get my laybye. They already refused another customer to make a laybye. Also want to know amount u must laybye for. Jet going to loose lot of customers because everyone is making laybyes for back to school. I hope u can assist me. Thank you. Jo-Ann Pity
