I was over charged In January/February 2017. I have bee trying since then to have my overcharged account rectified. I have posted my complaint on Hello Peter on a daily basis in order to get feedback. Then I get emailed from Albert and Mohamed, who has no contact number and i am waiting 2 weeks for one of them to call me. I have been on hold for a total of more then 6 hours to your call centre [protected] trying to speak to a supervisor and still have not spoken to anyone! I am fed up! Edgars is ripping me off and avoiding me, but harassing me daily for payment, for money do not owe! When i tell the claims department they keep saying they will get someone to call me but no one calls other then the claims department to collect money!!! Your call center, accounts department and claims department are All useless!!!
