The seller is Carrie 2872. The item is Power Ranger Yellow Plush Doll. The price $17.35. I suppose to received the item. on the February 2, 2019. The tracking number is 940550969993961954933. And, i didn't received any notice for my item. I want my refund back to and i speak to the seller Carrie 2872 and eBay is not helping me at all. And, they didn't care at all. eBay is protection the seller then the buyer.
