I have big feet and plantar fasciitis with no arches. I have very few options and usually they are dull and boring. If I find awesome shoes they are usually expensive. I was ecstatic when I found these buy one get one free. I read the reviews on their website and based on that I also ordered inserts to use in other shoes. The inserts started pilling after a couple of days. The shoes were terrible. I was looking forward to wearing them while working with my girls on the soccer field. I didn't see any difference between cheap flip flops and the shoes. I bought a pair of pink and blue shoes to honor my son that I lost in utero. I looked forward to wearing them during the month of October for pregnancy and infant loss awareness month. They were ridiculously uncomfortable. These shoes will be in a recycle bin in the near future. I wouldn't buy these again. I wouldn't wear them if they were free.

Unfortunately this company is very slippery. I ordered shoes called "Arch support sneakers" thinking the title would be true, unfortunately the sneakers looked nothing like the photo, and there was no arch support, additionally when I asked to return them, I was told I would have to pay to ship them to China which would cost me as much as the shoes, total scam, don't buy from them directly, if you need to get their cheap shoes use amazon or someone with a reasonable return policy

I was very pleased with the shoes. They were attractive and comfortable, and because of the color I wore them occasionally. Recently, I noticed they became very uncomfortable, and when I inspected the sole, it was completely split clear up to the cloth part clear across the toebox. Making them completely unusable. I was actually planning on ordering a couple more pairs but now I’ve decided against it and I’m very disappointed.

I have worn the omega snow boots about a dozen times. I was putting on my Omega frost grip 1x boots this morning. I am pulling on the straps to tighten my right boot, the metal clasp broke in my hand. I put a zip tie where the metal clasp went. It doesn’t make the boot tight on my foot though.

I placed an order, almost $300 worth ! Merchandise of which I never received. We don't know if it was stolen off of the porch, never delivered, Problem with order being shipped or what happened, however during my correspondence with the manager Susan brown she has said that she would refund 30% that was the best thing to do. I have sent multiple emails and after agreeing to receiving the refund which is part of my money it has been 3 months no response, no refund,Not even answering my emails anymore! So as such since there is no phone number to reach somebody I am left with no money and no shoes and no response! I AM BEYOND PISSED OFF!

I received shoes that I ordered. The quality was poor and the size to small. I followed their "return policy".I looked for a phone number or address. Neither existed. You are told to call for a "return code number but no number for customer service, even the package had no return address I am beginning ro thank this is a scram.

I hope you can help. This type of website should be removed and penalized.
