I’ve reported for more than a decade now the problems with power blips, the kind that turns everything on and off in the house really fast like someone flipped the switch for the entire house, and they don’t do anything about it but say they’re gonna investigate it and then they find nothing or they say it’s part of the equipment down the street or that someone has turned something off by accident and our address but my neighbor and I have gone through it and reported it too many times for to not have this resolved! I’m sick and tired of being charged $300 or more a month just for them to screw up my equipment in the house because I work from home because they can’t manage these power surges that I have reported for more than a decade now!
Claimed loss: Electrical equipment having to be fixed and replaced would be too long to list here
Desired outcome: Fix the damn problem that myself and my neighbor have reported for years so we will stop receiving power blips every damn week! I’m pissed and I’m tired of it!

10 times since the complaint in November, and twice yesterday, and once today, with no weather events or wind so NO EXCUSES!
I report it and nothing but a F@#&@*@( ]\\! email stating restored or text. How about Duke Energy come reset my dying wife's electric bed, the wifi and the three fried UPS back ups!
RIDICULOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS considering I pay 300-325 a month, for what, bad service and fired equipment!
