Dear ...,

With reference to the above subject, This is to inform you that my Dubai First Credit Card - 4573********3005 which was I using since June 2019. So, the issue occurred from Dec 2019, I have not received a card statement from your bank and moreover no SMS stating I have pending amounts on my credit card. Then I thought there will be no pending installment .

However just last week, by mid of April 2020, after 4 months, I received an SMS, stating my outstanding is AED 1228 on my credit card for last installment in December, for just AED 36.75 ( on VOX cinemas )and hence late fee charges of AED 275/ month . So finally, I came to know that Dubai First bank stopped sending a bank statement to me from Dec-2019 and that I can only get my credit card statement through Dubai First mobile app. Then how can I know that there was outstanding due payment on my card without receiving an email statement and call from your bank? Even, I didn't receive any call from your bank past 4 months for my due payment. The treatment from them is very poor. I had spoken to their executive yesterday for about an hour and didn't give me any solution for their irregular statement and absolutely futile service.

Moreover, in these period of COVID, I am already on a salary delay from my company and maybe on the verge of losing my job in the coming month.
So, kindly request you to waive off my late payment fees from the statement and I will pay for my December month pending amount immediately.
