DPD UK review: Wrong address, GPS location also wrong where it was left, £2000 of PC in Cardboard LEFT IN THE RAIN

Could not beore dissatisfied, let me count the issues.
1) The DPD app appears not work in Northern Ireland postcodes, so I could not accurately track or easily contact the DPD services when my £2000 PC failed to arrive on the 29th May
2) I phoned the DPD team and the gentleman ultimately said he couldn't help. So I had to guess it would be delivered on Monday the 1st and took a day off work again as it's £2000 worth of electronics.
3) DPD then emailed me on the 1st June to say my package had been delivered, however it had not, the photo taken by the driver was blurred and did not show a familiar door and appeared to be uncovered, the GPS location the driver left was at an address 400m away, and I had to drive down, in the RAIN* and search nearby properties, in the RAIN*, for a door that did not match the properties.
4) I eventually found it at a neighbours address (completely opposite to the GPS about 800m away), UNCOVERED, in the *RAIN*. The cardboard was soaked through, and fell apart, I had to squeeze it into my car as it was large, dirtying my interior with mud and leaves to get the £2000 worth of PC out the rain.
5) I rang DPD a Indian gentleman did not seem to understand what I was saying and eventually put me through after 10 minutes to the local depot manager who told me "he would look into it and make sure the driver does not do it again" or that I can leave the expensive equipment in the rain as refusal, ultimately blaming the sender, even though the package was labelled fragile, and handle with care.
6) elements within the PC were also bent out of shape internally, my PC has a fault and am likely going to have to send the whole bloody thing back, significantly delaying my ability to use it (which was for a work project).

Overall just a miserable experience with DPD from start to finish, I would put minus numbers if I could due to the complete lack of service "delivered".
