DPD UK review: Shame I give a minus 5! Why lie about delivering, the driver is miles away

The second delivery attempt didn't get close. It would help if the driver got close to my door before a blurred photo of anywhere! I have cctv that picks up anybody close to my doors. The customer care are in place to be as unhelpful and blame everyone rather than talk to the depot and get the parcel redelivered. They even told me that is wasn't out for delivery yesterday. The same driver failed to deliver to 4 doors down also!
give us a UK number so we can discuss the problems with someone in the UK who might listen to the customer!
