I ordered a gas hob from appliance direct and paid for next day delivery i was given a delivery time 9:14- 10:14 the attempt at delivery was to put a card through the wrong letterbox say it would be delivered tomorrow.
Now my big problem is the gas man has removed the old unit and cut off the gas now i have to get him to reconnect the old unit and reconnect the gas, I will now need to pay him again to do the job tomorrow, I paid for next day delivery
