DPD UK review: Missed delivery

After paying £9.99 for next day del, was hoping for a seamless delivery from dad.
Not so, checked tracking and could see driver was in my village...hours later, no delivery and would be following day.
Same thing following day, was sent photo of delivery driver in village again. Earlier that day I forwarded my mobile number to help driver contact me if finding address was a challenge.
This delivery failed, so opted to change the delivery address to a local Post Office for Monday. 3days later.
Not sure what the problem is but needless to say, I'm not impressed with DPD.
