DPD UK review: DPD are worse than useless ( 1 comment)

Dpd do not deliver - even if the item is time sensitive, I have had to cancel my frozen cat food prescription because they just left it outside the gate, they said it was stolen, yet there was no picture of the item and one time they left it outside the opposite site to where I live, both times they did not ring the intercom. They did not deliver my truffles and said that I was out when I was in the whole time, they had to be returned to be destroyed, they again said I was out when I was home. I can no longer get my meat delivered, because the driver said that I had refused the item, they later said that the driver could not find the address. The meat had to be destroyed. There is no checks on the drivers and you are not allowed to make a complaint, the email is not active, I wonder why! If you talk to the bots they constantly cut you off when you ask difficult questions such as "where is my package?"
