I am away on holiday but driver left item pictured on my doorstep & messaged me “ Your parcel has been delivered and received by LEE at 13:50 on Fri 19 Dec 2025.” No one called Lee either in or either side of my house. Picture shows parcel on my doorstep. Rang DPD speaking to non English person but he was not interested, stating to get in touch with sender. Disgraceful attitude from all sides.
Recommendation: All couriers in my experience atrocious service; UPS the worst.

Suprise suprise I have same issue with DPD now. No English speaking customer service assistant and clearly not fkn interested in your problem
