It;s 5 days - no parcel DPD not receiving phone calls (They say there's a fault in their system)
June 4 09.24 I left a message to leave the parcels in a specific place - knowing we would not be home.
June 4 12.53 the parcel came but was not delivred "We missed you"
June 5 We missed you - again
June 8 Parcels returned to Snetterton
CAN'T PHONE
CAN'T EMAIL
MOST LIKELY THIS MESSAGE WILL NOT REACH A RESPONSIBLE PERSON EITHER
WHAY DO I DO NEXT?

Claimed loss: Have paid for an awful messy contract with DPD
