DPD UK review: I am complaining about my 4 parcels collected in UK on Thursday 20th August 2026.

The circumstances surrounding this shipment are extremely concerning. Four parcels were prepared and handed over for collection, and all four parcels were physically collected by the DPD driver. The parcels were due to be delivered in Ireland on Monday, the 24th, 2026. However, they were not delivered, and, more importantly, I received no communication whatsoever from DPD to explain the delay, the whereabouts of the parcels, or what was happening with the delivery.

I therefore had to contact DPD myself to seek an explanation. I was then informed that only two parcels had been collected. Please help as the parcels contain my personal belongings and important documents.
