DPD UK review: dreo quiet tower fan for bedroom& home, 25ft/s powerful airflow

6/30/2026 Customer Service: 3415147090. DPD claims it tried to deliver this fan twice and that's a LIE. In both occasions my daughter was 20 steps from the door and they didn't ring the bell and it works very well. The second time Uber Eats had just rang the bell to leave a meal 5' earlier to the supposed "sorry, we missed you" from DPD. DPD claims as evidence a photo of the door, but that's not a proof. A proof would have been a photo of the person pressing the bell or a photo of the door with the fan on the floor. The truth is they ran out of that fan and they didn't dare to admit it and the proof is that reordering again now would have implied 20 days wait to get it. This is inadmissible. This is extremely bad service and I'm being very polite by choosing my words.
