DPD UK review: DPD local driver Ryan

The parcel was expected yesterday but,although we were at home (all 3 of us ) at the time of delivery there was no indication that the delivery was being made until the message and photograph of the house 2 doors away from us said that we had missed him.
Today before the expected time,I was watching from an upstairs window and watched him just drive past us without stopping.
I posted this morning a location for leaving it but even that was ignored.
I need that parcel AS SOON AS PODSIBLE!
