I've been in waiting for the delivery, driver didn't even ring the bell just took a picture of my building and declared he attempted the delivery.
I've been waiting in the whole morning, put off my whole day to ensure i could receive the parcel. Total waste of time and effort, and money at this point! Will I even get my parcel at this point!?

Desired outcome: Apology, better training for drivers, if drivers are overworked and feel like they need to cut corners then manage your work flows and work loads better.Wasted half a day, what's that worth like £60 minimum compensation realistically
