On the 18th January I sent a water softener from Oxfordshire to Leicester to be repaired.
It arrived at Leicester depot and sat outside for about ten days, never getting to it's destination.
It then started it's journey back to me.
It arrived at my front door with the driver dumping it, ringing the bell and scarpering back to his van befor we opened the door.
The box was soaking wet and broken open.
The softener had several parts missing and three of the main parts broken and not able to be repaired.
Claimed loss: £700
Desired outcome: DpD to reply and pay for the replacement
