DPD UK review: Collection

Collection number 0065 821 367 0 - my wife was waiting at home on friday 4/9/26 - 13 ashby close west wickham kent br4 9fj - this is the second time we have had to wait to have our defective de longhi coffee collected.We were given times when dpd were going to call but no one did call or no calling card was left.I would like a 3rd collection appoinment made to collect this coffee machine.
