Ordered some food from a local deli (Schlotsky's) on Fri, Jan 31st at 5:30pm and scheduled it for the following day around 11am. It arrived that same day and got soggy and nasty by the time I was going to eat. Customer service said they'd contact me and never did. They refused any refund, partial or otherwise. I have no issue with the food or driver, but Doordash offers scheduling in advance and failed; customer service also failed with resolution.
