DoorDash review: DoorDash, common theives

I ordered groceries from Ralphs on DoorDash and provided them with the correct delivery address.

The order never arrived and when I asked the driver where he delivered my groceries to he said 5834 Ernest Avenue which was the correct address however he didn't deliver anything there. When I asked him again where he delivered to he said G and I have no idea what G meant. I asked for a clarification and he said George and I asked him what George meant and he replied he's on another delivery and he stopped communicating with me. When I ordered I requested that my delivery be handed to me at my front door, no knock, only a text I'm here and he wasn't here. It's DoorDash's policy that Dashers take a photo anytime they leave a delivery at you door and he didn't take a photo. My groceries disappeared into the void.

I called DoorDash Customer Service and I advised them that the Dasher had failed to deliver my groceries and they confirmed that the address was correct and that he was suppose to meet me at the door. I asked them if it wasn't DoorDash policy for the Dasher to take a photo in the event they left anything at the door and they said it was and acknowledged there was no photo.

The CS representative said she had no options available for me, no redelivery, no refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he was exceptionally rude and said they would not redeliver or refund me my money.

They literally stole $116.27 from me, see the attachments.

DoorDash literally stole my money, now I have to fight with my credit card to get a refund.
