Domino's Pizza dominos pizza employee leaving my gate wide open

Around 5:30 on April 3, 2019, I had my 2 pizzas delivered. The pizzas were great, but its the employee that I had an issue with. When he left, he left the gate wide open. I have little kids, small dogs, and a kitten. He saw all of them, and he still decided to not even try to close the gate. If I hadn't checked the gate when I put my dogs out, they would have ran off. The fact that they didn't get out didn't matter: the point is, if I hadn't been responsible enough to check the gate before my dogs went out, they could have been dead right now. Thanks, Dominos, your customer service is AMAZING. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Domino's Pizza rude employee told me my pizza was given to someone else and have to wait another 15 min

I went to pick up my order at 2265 marcel-laurin boul saint-laurent qc h4r1k4 and the cashier told me that it will be ready in about 5 min as they have a lot of orders. The app said my order was ready but I waited patient for like 10min. I am a regular customer and I know that something was off since a pizza is normally ready within 15min. I asked the cashier again for my order and she could not find my order and was talking in hindi with her colleague (an old indian lady). She then came back telling me it will be ready in 15min. I was confused and told her "how come? The app said the pizza is ready and before you told me 5min and now you are saying it will take 15min?". The old lady told me word for word in a severe tone "listen, it will take 15min for your order. Either you wait or we refund you your money. Someone else took your pizza so we will have to make a new one". I was with my cousin who is on vacation from france and I was so ashamed of getting almost screamed at that I took my refund and left the store as fast as I can. Never in my life that I was humiliated like that in front of a lot of people.
I am a regular customer and live extremely near this store. I am a pizza lover and afraid to go to this store...

They did not apologize at all for the mistake. I want a follow up on this as this is unacceptable to receive a service like that. Domino's should treat their customer with respect.

Domino's Pizza pizza

I participated in the pies for points program and was so exited once I got the 60 points. I ordered a spinach and mushroom pizza from East liberty pgh Pa location located om Sheridan St zip code 15206. It was the worst pizza I ever had and I feel so cheated. The pizza had very little cheese and it was very overdone. I was going to return it but I was so hungry and it was getting so late I just took it home and tried to doctor it up, but my efforts were in vain and I just threw it away.

I was so excited for this pizza and was so disappointed, and I very rarely eat from Dominos. I usually eat at a local pizza eatery and was hoping to add dominos to the list of favorites, but it was so bad I could never spend my money on another pizza.

I was wondering would you be able to credit my account the original 60 points so I can try another pizza from another Dominos location, in hopes that I just got a bad location and this is not what all Dominos pizza are like.

Domino's Pizza worst pizza ever!!

We have been ordering Domino's Pizza, Okeechobee for well over 10 years. We may have had a pizza or two that wasn't exactly perfect, but, the pizza we ordered and picked up today was awful! We ordered a large, original crust with mushroom, pepperoni and onion for pick-up. March 13, 2019 at 5:50 pm. Order #878682. The crust was hard the pepperoni was like cardboard not enough cheese or crust, It was cut in odd sizes some big some small. We order pizza from Domino's pizza at least a few times a month, but it will be awhile before we order again. Also, I have a real problem when I go to pick up my pizza, I can see the pizza's being made and none of the associates wear gloves when they are handling the toppings. Isn't that a health issue?

Domino's Pizza food and delivery driver

On 03/03/2019 at 11:28 am I placed an order for delivery. Once my order finally arrived the driver could not have been any more rude than he was. He called and argued with me about my address, and when he got to my door, he banged on the door so hard I thought it was a robber trying to get in. I am a loyal customer and I do not appreciate the way I was treated by this driver. By the way the food was cold too! I would like the next order to be free and I do not want the driver coming to my house again!

Domino's Pizza Delivery

Hi I ordered from you guys at 10:28 for my lunch break and 45 mins later my food comes and the pasta is lukewarm but the buffalo wings were ice cold and I had to warm them myself and that is unacceptable and I payed 21 dollars for this cold stuff I really did not want it but the delivery lady was so sweet and I did not want to take her threw all of that but I would like some type of call back or something needs to be done as soon as possible, I am very upset. Domino's Pizza ordering a pizza

I called dominos about 600 pm today. Asked for a medium meat lovers. The person on the phone said I was 10.99 with the coupon. The total price pick up was over $14.00. I asked why would it be that price when the pizza was $10.99 He that said it was $12.99. I ordered a pizza from another pizza place. This was the first time I ordered from Dominos and my last.

Domino's Pizza pizza was returned and couldn’t be delivered / employee was disrespectful and rude

I ordered a pizza for my boyfriend. I was unaware that I had to be present with the card. The delivery man said that he has to take the pizza back since the card holder was not present. I then called the 181st Dominos to ask for a refund and before I could even finish my sentence the man on the phone was disrespectful. He said "how about you do not order the pizza if you are not going to be there". His tone of voice was very disrespectful and he did not even let me finish my question before he told me that. He was very rude and made this experience worse than what it was. This is the first time I have done this and will certainly be my last. He should of explained things in a nicer way and said that I will he refunded for my purchase. I am very disappointed in this employee and your company policy.

Domino's Pizza delivery and customer service

3/1/2019
Ordered pizza online and it said the delivery wait would be 21-31 minutes, at the hour mark, we began calling the store to see where the pizza was and the phone just rings and rings. We spend around 10 minutes trying to call and no one answers. We call another location nearby who says they are probably just busy? We then spend another 10 minutes trying to call looking for our pizza. Needless to say 1.5 hours and we still have no food. Absolutely ridiculous! If and when someone shows up with this food, we will be sending it back to dominos and expecting a refund of money! I understand busy but no one answers the phone? I have heard about their specials 15 times now trying to call them! Will not order again!

*update... Driver shows up after 1.5 hours with the pizza and says they are busy. We sent the food back and asked for a refund. We are still trying to call the actual store to speak with someone and are still unable to get anyone to answer the phone! Wtf?*

*still unable to speak with anyone on the phone, nearly 2 hours after we initially ordered our food!*

On the 19th call, we have finally had an actual human answer the ph one and put us on hold to get a manager! Insanity!

Domino's Pizza lg 3 toppings pizza

I ordered my pizza and waited for my tracking device to tell me my pizza was ready went down to pick up pizza. They Norred me for 5 to 10 minutes while making pizzas. Looks like they just made my pizza.
They said my pizza will be coming right out... so I asked if that was the pizza they just made? Yes, it's been real crazy. Everyone got their pizza but me.
Told them cancel I won't be back.
Your employees suck as in teenagers suck as workers.

Domino's Pizza pie points not given

I walked into the store earlier today (about 3pm) and asked the young lady at the counter if I would receive points for pizzas ordered there on-site. She assured me I would.

I ordered two large Extravaganza pizzas. With my Veteran discount and whatever special was running, the total was $17.06.

I just checked my account and it still says "10/60" points which I had before I went to the store.

Please let me know if I will receive points for these pizzas; if not, I can walk 150 feet to the Papa John's. Thank you.

Domino's Pizza delivery time

on Friday February 22nd about 11:55 p.m. I ordered a stuffed cheesy bread a two-topping medium pizza and a 2 liter bottle of Coke and the guy said 45 minutes for delivery which I understood because it was icy outside excetera and 12:55 rolls around it's still not here I called him and he said hey man your pizzas on the way then hangs up on me the manager whoever answered the phone with a foreign accent kinda was very disrespectful to me 1:15 rolls around still not hear the person that rolls up didn't have his Domino light on top of the car which I'm assuming the shift ended at 1 so that he just made what I ordered then made the money I gave him his profit for the night cuz he really didn't introduce himself well and it was an hour and a half late that manager was disrespectful something needs to be donethe guy that brought the pizza even asked me who goes do you know how much it was he didn't even have a receipt for me because he just did this out of his own pocket the company I had left and they were going to throw down and they got tired of waiting so I got stuck with the whole bill

Kindly include the Pangani (nairobi) area in your delivery range, as you have closed your Koinange street branch we have been abandoned. Also since your delivery is so brilliant around nairobi, Uber eats, jumia food etc does not deliver your pizzas. Domino's Pizza online order placed 2/14/19 for pickup 2/17/19 at 12:00

Order was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. I was informed that the local store did not have anything to do with the online orders. (then why offer it?) I checked my checking/credit card accounts and the order had not been charged to either account although I have confirmation of receipt. Instead of getting busy and making my pizzas (I had ordered 8 for a party at 12:30), one member of the staff wanted to argue with me. 2 other team members were busy attempting to rectify the problem. I left my name and cell number for the general manager, jasmine rickets, to call me, but have yet to hear from her. "the customer is always right." is the 1st rule of customer service, but this location lacks proper customer service training. I received my pizzas, hot and read, but was late for the party I was hosting. This is the 2nd time I have used online ordering for this location and both times the orders were not filled.

Domino's Pizza issue still unresolved

I would like to ask why I haven't received any responses from anyone regarding a complaint I put in on january 26th?

We ordered in pizzas as a treat and were very disappointed. For the money paid, the pizzas were much smaller than the last time we had them, less toppings and cold. We asked for a full refund and didn't get a response. I escalated the case on the 2nd february and again on the 12th february. This is terrible customer service, especially as your pizzas aren't cheap.

Issue a full refund please so that we can choose another day to try again and hope this was a one off.

I also sent an email ot david wild three times and as yet haven't received a responsde from him either.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Domino's Pizza online delivery order

I ordered a meal at 8pm. A medium pizza, marbled brownie and a coke. Wait time said 50-60 minutes. I watched the online tracker the whole time, said my food was out for delivery at 8:47pm. At 1030pm my food still hadnt arrived, and I called the store to find out what had happened. They had no idea where my order disappeared to. I dont make a fuss, I agree to let them remake it. Food doesnt arrive until almost midnight, and when it did, they forgot the drink. This location is literally 2 minutes away from my home.

Domino's Pizza customer service and delivery

On yesterday February 3rd 2019 at 2:30pm. I called Dominos at 655 E. Sibley Blvd in Dolton, Il. and placed a order. The young lady FIRST hung up on me. So when I called back to place my order the young lady was VERY RUDE, SNOTTY, NASTY and WAS TALKING ENTIRELY TO FAST. I had to ask her OVER three times can she repeat what it was that she said. I IMMEDIATELY called you all's corporate line and placed a complaint (in which no ones still hasn't reached out to me). I am VERY UNPLEASED with you all's business. My boyfriend then called back AFTER three hours of waiting on delivery, for them to say that they called MY phone (which I NEVER gave my number) to them LYING saying they called a 708 number WHICH NEITHER ONE OF US HAVE and tell him they canceled our order! Then tells him they will put the order back in and that they will CREDIT MY ACCOUNT A LIE! I am just VERY UNHAPPY with the service. I had a child that had to wait a long time to be fed waiting on you all. I will be putting in a complaint with BBB and ALL social media about Dominos.

Domino's Pizza dominos delivery service. blue hyundai elektra delivering pizza while driving around smoking weed. not very professional

Blue Hyundai driven by female with red hair in punxsutawney delivering for dominos seen numerous times smoking weed while on deliveries. Seen her putting her pipe back in the dash. This hasn't happened just once. Numerous times she has came smelling like weed and eyes very red. Here name is Laura Collier and works at the punxsutawney branch. She has also been seen smoking in her car outside of the store with friends that she invites down while she's working. Domino's Pizza ordered placed with dominos

I placed an order at 8:21pm. The delievery person told to come a little late by 10 mins. It was okay. But my order delievered by 9:35. Which is way more than 39 mins. If you can not deliever as your promise please do not take the order.

The ordered delievered was the worst ever. Farlic bread was cold and soggy.pasta was the worst ever, it was just a raw pasta with no cream.

Domino's Pizza 30 minutes or less. bad quality.

To who it may concern! On Monday January 27th/2019 around 7pm.
I had placed an order with Dominos
pizza and selected delivery.
Called in my order . order was confirmed etc at 704 pm.

Waited and waited and i understand winter months bad weather etc but still i waited until 935 pm when my pizza finally showed up.
Not surprising my product was no longer Hot. And looked like it was just thrown together. Disappointing when you spend your hard earned money on poor service ! And lack of customer care!
