Domino's Pizza food service

I order pizza for delivery at 4:00 at 4:37 I was notified the driver left the store with my order at 530 my order still had not been delivered I called the store told me they only had one driver that it was delayed, fine whatever at 6 I call again for the store manager to tell me my order was sitting in the store and if I wanted it I could come pick it up mind you I already paid for the pizza to be delivered 2 hours ago, she said they tried calling and couldn't reach anyone to verify the address which they've never done before yet I still got a notification they were on their way with my pizza and the person I spoke with on the phone told me it was on its way as well the manager is repeating the same thing over and over I told her I didn't care I just want to verify the address and have my pizza delivered the kids were hungry and my husband is at work with the car this woman said no ma'am we called if you want your pizza come pick it up and hung up no if you can't come get it here's your money back or anything just hung up I'm my face that is rude disrespectful and just unprofessional I paid for my pizza to be delivered there was no reason she couldn't verify my address and relieved the pizza! No my kids are hungry and we have no way to get the pizza which I promised them way to go dominos 👏🏻👏🏻

Domino's Pizza whole $41 dominos order

I called Domino's, at address 2997 E. Hwy.501 Conway, SC 29526. (843-347-0602) on Thursday to order one large pepperoni, large cheese/half sausage and a 14 piece wing. Totalled $41 and some change. The food literally made me and my daughter sick. I took a few bites, and realized that it tasted like butane fluid. I called Friday to speak with someone about getting a refund, they said they could redeliver, and seeing as I will not eat there pizza anymore, I said I needed that refunded to me. They refused, and didn't care at all that their food made me physically sick. I then got a ride on Saturday around 1:45pm and brought along the pizza's. The man I gave them to had no concern whatsoever and refused to make this right. I am extremely upset and need to speak to someone that can get me a refund, as I will not eat their food again.

My kids was Eagerly awaiting that orders and felt very hungry and finally upset from your bad response. After that we walk into your store with in 12 Minutes and ordered Pizzas. Domino's Pizza I need refund

I've ordered everyday value pizzas on 05-06-2019. The delivery came after 30 minutes guranteed delivery time. On querying, the delivery guy said this policy is not applicable at on-road delivery. I read all terms & conditions but found nothing auch written there. I need my refund right now.
They even blocked my email to contact.
I've been writing since 10 days but received no response. I need the relevant info. And my refund too.

Domino's Pizza pizza too well done. hardly any sauce and pizza very dry

Ordered 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and pineapple. Dry and over baked with very little sauce. Have never had any pizzas like that before and will never order again if that is the way your pizzas are made. Who ever makes them so bad should be trained or let go. This is no way to treat a customer. See photo which shows over baked pizza. Cersinly does not look like ones on your ads

I attempted to order online but server was down. I called and was on hold for 10-15 mins I arrived at the location before he answered again. Then arrived and asked for my points, he said I cant. I asked how can I use when i travel TO Orlando, but not in north Miami beach. His answer was "this is North Miami not NMB" When i replied "i want a manager where ever the f* I am" he refused and said I would not be served and must leave. A pizza maker came over and placed my order and helped me. He was rude and when I asked for his name he said "please call, you dont scare me". I do apologize for using foul language, but after trying to order my pizza for over 30 minutes by this point I was very frustrated and clearly hungry. I just wanted my points and he wouldn't try to find out how to get it. I ended up looking online how to get the point after the fact instead. He could have just told me to sign in to dominos.com/claimrewards.

Domino's Pizza initially delivered to wrong address and then tried to deliver cold pizza to correct address

I ordered 2 pizzas from Dominoes in Dayton TX from my daughters phone. When the lady asked if this was for Jessica Ripkowski, I told her no it was for Jonene Burton I had forgotten my phone at home. the woman asked if it was going to be delivery or pickup. I said pickup because I'm in town getting a pedicure and then I said no it will have to be delivery because I didn't have my card with me. The woman told me it would be delivered in approx 30 min. I said not a problem I'd be home by then. 30 minutes later no pizza. I called and Said I ordered 2 pizzas 30 minutes ago and they aren't here. He asked for my name, and said no pizza ordered by this name and he asked for my address and still nothing. I then explained to the manager I'd had to order with my daughters phone and that hit and my pizzas were going to her house but that the delivery man had a flat and another driver was on their way to get the pizza. I told him I wasn't accepting any cold pizza because his employee screwed up. We got into a heated debate and the manager kept saying it was my fault because I didn't give the lady another phone # and they don't keep names on file. I felt like she should have asked me what my phone number was when I told her I was only ordering from my daughters phone because I'd forgot mine at home and especially when I have her my name. How am I supposed to know Dominoes doesn't keep names on file. Sure enough that cold pizza was delivered to my house and I refused delivery and refused to pay for it. My phone # [protected].

Domino's Pizza we have placed online order from dominos for home delivery.

we have placed online order from dominos for home delivery which get placed from Dominos Bhootnath patna, panday motors campus today 06th june 2019.
Delivery destination was Hanuman nagar patna which tooks almost more than 90 minute.
This is really very frustrating and this was the second time we faced this issue.
Requesting you to please try to take necessary action/steps to get rid of waiting so long time for food.

Domino's Pizza ordering pizza from dominos 2700b lawrenceville hwy. lawrenceville ga

i ordered a 24.99 special and my son put in the order, when i looked at the credit card reciept i noticed that the price looked high to me so i calculated it and was charged full price for my order. I contacted the general mgr about it and he was rude and short, he said that we didnt ask for the special so thats it, we did ask for the special and he would not correct it, also the driver complained about not enough tip. i deserve a refund for going throug all this hassle before ill ever order from dominos again. order number is 860697, charge was 40, 77, orderd on 6/3/2019. customer service is very poor.my name al kerkhoff 660 oakland rd lawrenceville ga 30044. Domino's Pizza small food big price

Nowhere near what I was expecting. Big price for little food. Also it tasted like a vending machine sandwich. Pizza was ok, but could have got better from the frozen isle at the grocery store. Never again. I will be letting everyone know what to expect. I don't know what has happened to what used to be a good pizza restaurant. Also, I gave them a 15 percent tip, on top of a delivery charge. Wish I could get it back. Pictures do not represent the food that I received. No wonder you are trying to expand the menu. If you could just concentrate on making what you have on the menu, better, you might get more business. But once again, you are one of the restaurant's that have lost all concerns that your customers get what the pay for.

Domino's Pizza delivery service

ordered 2 medium pizzas they were delivered ontime but she would not show me my pizzas till i payed her then she was extremly rude either they show up without napkins plates peppers or they are rude im going to stop ordering pizza from them. i called and talked to the manager and he apologized for her behavior i should have just refused the order and had someone else bring it back out.

Domino's Pizza all staff weekly off cancelled due to staff shortage and forced to work 12 hrs branch @ green park delhi india

Dear Sir,

I am domino's employee working @ Green Park Branch domino's Delhi India -110016, last week surprise when the Store Manager (Mr Updesh and Mr Deepak) announced for weekly off cancelled for all staff for the reason is staff shortage issue and forced to work for 12 hrs. In this branch all staff is doing shift 10 hrs. When ever our Factory Act 1948 Work Hours and Overtime Pay in India. Working Hours in India: As per the Factories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day. According to Section 51 of the Act, after all the Management is doing this like behave with the current employee few month ago some employee have done complain in HR to Mr. Madan Mohan & Ms Kamalika Dekha North JFL HR Head, about the abuse of store manager but nothing happened now they left job current employee who working now they cant do anything only can go HR but they can't do any thing instead of helping that employee they did't do anything. left from 30 November 2018, together with reason only that Manager abuse behavior they don't expected from Domino's can do with theirs employee. you can call them and ask for the reason for left domino's from same branch.

Even I have seen that one of female Employee Name Mrs Uma She is pregnant, 7 Month and above going on for their time, but not provided leave which should be maternity leave for Six Month.

I am writing because I am hoping form domino's that can't do this like abuse with their employee. I am hiding my identity because of fear to loss job I cant leave domino's loved.

i hope you will be take action and shift will change off will be provided which employee has been loss.

Kindly look into matter and provide resolution to employee and share their smile on face.

I have attached duty Roster with 10 Hrs shift and with cancelled off kindly find the attachment file.

Domino's Pizza 14pc boneless chicken

I ordered a 14pc boneless chicken from Union City NJ, my Wife and I had terrible diarrhoea. The Manager at the store now refuses to contact me.
Plain awful customer service, there are plenty of alternatives to Domino's. Got in touch with Richard Allison the CEO, got robbed off there too! Forced to go down the legal route. Will never order from them again.

Domino's Pizza delivery drivers and store manager not providing customer service.

I ordered a medium pizza, and lava cake on 4/16/19 and I completed a complaint about the manager not telling my order was burnt, and it was over 2hours late after I called several times. So I received a call from the manager on Saturday 5/11/19 and he told me I would have a re*order free and he added a beverage to the order. So today 5/13/19 I stopped by the store close to me to order and they said they couldn't complete the order and I would need to contact the store I ordered from previously. so I went home placed my order over the phone with the Stockbridge store and told the guy who took my order and he said everything was fine. So the driver called me 40minites after stating he as not going to deliver to me because he could not locate the address. so I told him my previous address was 8295 Yale Drive, Jonesboro, Ga 30236 and the new address was five minutes away at 108 Spring Street, Jonesboro, Ga 30236. He told me to call the manager and I told him to call him because I informed them I was at another location now. so I called the store at 6:41 pm and my original call was 4:59 pm. So I called again and the manager told me he would need to call the driver to see if he will bring the pizza. now its 2hours again getting my pizza. This service is horrible. I ordered 2 large pizzas the order was made incorrectly and I was hung up on they did nothing to make it right with me they took the wrong pizza back and I was made to wait for another pizza and felt disrespected by all the employees and the manager would not give me name of employee who hung up on me to make a complaint I order pizza regularly and never have I been disrespected like this

Domino's Pizza service and quality and payment

Very unhappy with quality of the service and food from Dominos in Queenstown. I waited 2 hours for delivery and when I called to assess the situation they said the pizza was ready and waiting for me when I clearly ordered for delivery. I then asked if the pizza would still be hot and the lady assured me it would. Upon delivery the lady gave me the pizza and I checked it was cold not to my surprise, she then handed me 2 1.5 ltr bottles of soda that was not on my order and forgot to bring the garlic bread. After that she apologized and told me I would only be charged for the 2 pizzas. The original total of the order was 29.99$ for everything and she charged me 33.50$ for the 2 pizzas. She then told me she would return with the cheesy bread, it came 30 minutes later, Burned on the bottom and un edible. I'm am really loosing hope in Dominos.

Domino's Pizza dispute charges

I live in Louisiana and I have been trying to get ahold of someone from your company I happened to have to print some things out in my email and come across 4 charges in the month of March that I didn't submit I order dominos all the time but my daughter usually does it online these orders are in the state of Tennessee my grandmother passed away 02/26/2019 and I came down for the service I had to lay my phone down somewhere and someone took it I got my service cut off and got an new phone I have a pizza profile and I be damn if the address is saved to my profile I called the local police department in Knoxville Tennessee I've gotten a call back and supposedly the tenants knew nothing an never received an order for a Monique dixon WOW I called the stores in Knoxville explaining the issues an I keep getting the run around I get placed on hold the hung up on I want my money an I want it now someone needs to investigate this situation I have filed a complaint with my card services and I'm contacting you all through email now

Domino's Pizza pizza

My order was placed at 1:15am And arrived at 3:05am. It took almost two hours to arrive. Upon the driver's arrival he proceeded to slur his words and his speech was unintelligible.
The food I received was cold and the wings seemed to be under cooked. Also the bread sticks that were ordered were never received. The pizza was supposed to have the topping of philly cheese steak on one side the other side of the pizza was supposed to have extra cheese.
This was a horrible experience and I would never recommend the particular store to any one. Moreover I will never order from them again.

bad customer services the manager y rude has no customer services skill waited 2 hours for them to tell me they where not going to deliver. the dont ring the bell for u to open if u dont answer the phone they wont deliver call the first time they said will deliver call the second time they said on their way in 5 minute 45 minute pass by call the 3rd time the manager said he cannot deliver after i call 3 times and waited over 2 hours now they cannot deliver explain to the manager why didnt they tell me that the first time and i would of understand and not taking me as a sucker calling 3 time waiting like i have nothing else to do he said to me we are very busy i cannot believe he said that so my money and being a regular customer does not count. I will never order from them again. I had to pay 5 more dollar for them to deliver and when we got the pizza was the wrong order and pizza were cold.

Today i orderd 2 pizzas with the following references

Firstly in diagusted by the lack of intrest from the employees at dominos at blair athol
I placed an online order and it took forever to arrive, not to mention the restuarant is only max 10km away . I called the restuarant to check on my order only to be met with a rude response . The respomce i recieved was "Sir just relax our driver is on the way".
I waited about 1 and a half hours of not more only to be served and ice cold hard pizza
The service was horrible. Upone tasting this disgusting excuse for a pizza, it felt to me as if they forgotten my order on the floor somewhere. I mean the least they cold have done was put it in the microwave .

Dominos today you have lost a customer. It may seem as a small loss but hey thats R130 less in your chas register.

Honesty after today, id rather spend alittle extra and get a hot pizza with good service from Romans pizza . Your staff could learn a thing or two
