Domino's Pizza - Tom Sullivan village road in Leland nc

I ordered two large pizzas today and they were due to be ready at 7:48. I get there a little after that time and my pizza looked old and dry the crust was broken but I wasn’t going to press that. I took my pizzas back and asked if they were premade because they look old and dry and why do they look like that. And Tom Sullivan said they weren’t premade he wasn’t remaking them I should have came and got them at the right time. I told him I did him I came at the time. He sqid he’s not remaking pizzas because they look old I asked him what he meant he’s not remaking my pizza. The whole pizza was there untouched he said again he’s not remaking them. I said then give me my money back he said he said agin he’s not remaking them and called me a [censored]in [censored]. He kept cutting me off when I was asking him who he wasn’t talking to and what was his problem. I didn’t come in there being rude until he started yelling at me. I asked him for the manager he said he was I said where is your general manager and he told me back there on the phone. And I said he just lets you talk to me like that and not going to do nothing and Tom says he can fire me if he wants to. I work in customer services and managed McDonald’s for years I was completelyAppalled that that store carried on like that and not one person tried to Intervene or make the customer happy. I wasn’t asking anything other than to have my pizza made to my liking and I couldn’t even get anything out because Tom was very rude. I can’t believe a Major franchise allows things like this to happen. The general manger is very poorly trained if he didn’t see a need to step in and fix a customer complaint. All the other employees were just carrying on like it was ok with Smirks on their faces. Needless to say I will never go back to this location.

Desired outcome: General manager needs to attend a basic management course. Tom Sullivan does not need to work in customer service.
