Domino's Pizza review: Service

I ordered an onion, olives and mushroom pizza with cheese stuffed breadsticks and the sauce on the app for delivery at 3:15 the delivery got to my house about a 3:27. When my dad open the box he found a 2 liter coca cola a chicken pizza and a ham pizza which wasn't what we ordered so we called the Dominos on 14 Jackson St, Methuen, MA 01844, United States. They called the driver and he came to pick up the pizza but my father forgot to return the coke we called them again and asked when we were going to get the pizza they said they had made it so we waited and waited 4 hours went by and our pizza hadn't arrived so we called and asked were are pizza was he said you haven't received our pizza yet so he called the driver again and hanged up so we waited for about 15 minutes and called them they told us they would send us the pizza so we waited about 15-20 minutes and called again this time to cancel the order they told us it would take 3-4 days till we got the money back so we asked for proof of the cancellation they said she couldn't get it for us so we asked her to take a picture of the screen and she didn't so my uncle and I got in the car drove to the Dominoes returned the coke and asked to speak with the manager the cashier said they didn't have one so I asked to speak with who was in charge so she talked to the lady and we overheard her saying that we couldn't get the receipt or proof of the cancellation and didn't want to talk to us so we left.
