Domino's Pizza review: Really bad service!

We ordered a pizza and brownie at 7:33 pm. They said it would be ready in 19 minutes so we got there and sat in the parking lot for a few minutes and an employee came out and ask us our name on the order and went back in. We waited for a while, then a young lady came out and talked to a man in the car next to us and then she ask us our name. That was the second time we were asked for our name. so we waited for awhile longer. NO PIZZA! I got tired of waiting so I went in and the man that I talked to the first time asked for my name again the, he turned around and looked for my order he said that he was waiting on the other part of the order and the other part was in the oven and would be out in a few minutes. We waited a little while longer an employee came out and loaded some things in his car then came over to the truck and asked our name on the order and went in to check on the order, he talked with 2 lady's. one of the girls made the pizza while we watched. then came out to talk and offer a free cinnamon twist for having to wait so long and she apologized to us for missing our order. That was 8;10 pm when when she came out, She went back in and a guy brought our order out to us at 8:19 pm He apologized! The first guy lied to me when he said the other half was in the oven, that mad us upset! The guy that went in and talked to the to girls had already made 2 deliveries and head on his 3rd. We were running late because we had to wait so long. They should of offered a free pizza like they say on tv about them taking to long, and they give you a free pizza...
