This was my order.
It was the worst pizza i have ever seen or eaten.
I called the store and told them the problem. THey said they would credit me. I said, NO. Please refund my monies as what they delivered was not edible. The young lady asked me to hold to talk to the manager. He didn't come to the phone but told her to tell me that the transaction was cancelled.
The transaction was NEVER cancelled. It was an out right LIE!
The manager just doesn't care, the most important part of your business or any business is service and to care.
I mean, not to even respectfully come to the phone and talk to a customer (for many years now)is inexcusable and just plain common sense. Wasn't there any training?
I want my refund that was paid thru paypal.
