Domino's Pizza review: Non delivery of order, money not refunded

On Monday, 11/30/2020 at about 8pm, I placed an order with Dominoes. At 9pm I got a message that Brian was pulling up with my order. At 9:02 Brian called to say he was here, but a minute or so after that called back and said he had forgotten items from my order and would retrieve them and return.
When he had not returned by 10:16, I called the restaurant and was told that he had an emergency and that my Order was being sent out then. At 11:02 I called again and was told that my order was sent out (10) minutes prior to my call. I informed the manager that I would request a refund if the food did not arrive within ten (10) minutes. Of course, nothing arrived so, I called and was told I would be refunded within a day or two. I have not gotten a refund yet.
The order came to $80.16
