I ordered a pizza at 6.30pm 20th October. It arrived at 8.30pm. I rang at least 5 times and was shocked by the attitude of the girls that answered the phone, the manager refused to speak to me. I have been a customer of the Erskine outlet and have never had a problem like this before. First of all they told me it had to be remade, they refused to give me a reason why. Then they told me it had been made and delivered twice, the girls I spoke to were rude and up until the last girl, I did not receive and apology. By 8.00pm I was really fed up and angry, my husband and I are in our early 80s and do not like eating late. The last girl I spoke to was very nice and apologetic. My pizza arrived at 8.30pm.

The delivery boy also said sorry. I was offered some garlic bread or a drink, which I refused. I always pay a tip and am horrified at the way I was treated.
