Domino's Pizza review: Wrong order received

I was attacked by a manager on July 26 th in between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. I called and called the store but was left on hold for 20 minutes at a time about 6 to 7 times followed by a disconnect/hang up. I had a problem with my order and I was trying to talk to a manager about the situation. I finally got though and asked for a manager and she was very rude when I told her I was hung up on a number of times. I asked her what’s her name and she says to me, “ I don’t have to give you my name. I said it’s fine I’ll come to the store in person to do my complaint. I was thinking that this could not be a manager behaving like this, and I might have a better chance in person so I can talk to a real manager. When I got to the store, I see a woman approaching me and I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, I also asked her name. She was rude to me once again saying she do not have to give me her name and then she stay to curse at me and threaten to fight me and my daughter. I couldn’t ever get the issue about my order out due to her verbal hostility and attacks! She then tried to come around the counter to fight me and I continued to tell her that she was behaving unprofessionally and disrespectful, then she called me a [censored] and my daughter responded to her and she tried to come around the counter to hit me and my daughter so I called 911! While I’m on the phone with 911 she is still verbally abusing me and my daughter and tried to go out the side door to fight my daughter when she went outside to get away from the abuse! I just took my daughter and fled from the dangerous scene and atmosphere! I feared for our lives! Later that day I found out she lied to the cops and got crew members involved to lie for her that was not even in the store! There was only three people there behind the counter and me and my daughter in front the counter! I’m appalled! I’ve never been treated so disrespectful by a manager and a company in my life! All I wanted was my order fixed that’s all! All this did not need to transpire, she was very rude and angry, I asked her why she was so angry and it made her more aggressive and angry! I’ll never spend my money here again!
